The current payment methods are: Bank transfer, debit/credit card and Paypal
o Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes (only in Spanish peninsula). The payment must be made with cash to the transportation company on delivery.

No. If you want to pay by card you have to place an order through our website and use the safe payment gateway of our bank.

No. The payment must be done before the delivery.

Yes, but you must remember that the order will be sent only after we have the total amount of the order on our bank account. This means that the delivery may be delayed by some days.

It can be that your card has not been activated to pay on internet. Also our payment gateway has a very high security level. Please consult your bank or try with another card.

The minimum guarantee is one year, some products have 2 or 5 years of guarantee. If there is no mention on the website in the description of the product, then it has one year guarantee.

You can return a product only if it fulfills the return conditions: it has not been more than 7 days since the client has received the product, the product has to be in its original package, the product has not been used, the product is in a perfect condition with all its original accesories, the client pays all the transportation and product revision costs, the company has been informed about the return and the return has been accepted.
